ANDREJ was extremely unprofessional, impatient, and very AGGRESSIVE. He never brought my plate until we had to get up to go inquire as to why I was the only one not served. My mom ordered an americano and he brought her a completely different drink. So she sent it back and he never came back with the right drink. THEN he tried to charge her for it and when she pointed it out he got EXTREMELY aggresive, came up to her face and yelled DO YOU SPEAK GERMAN? My mom doesn't. He stomped (quite literally) away and came back a few minutes later and slammed the machine on our table and tried to RIP OUT the money from my moms hand. That's when we all said HEY BACK OFF! She checked the bill and gave him the money and he stomped away again. I have never experienced such unprofessional attitude in FIRST CLASS seats. Watch out for him cause he's actually scary and doesn't like foreigners.

So I paid three days of traveling from Budapest to Brașov (România) - distance of maximum 13 hours and when I went to them to ask them for a ticket for just one day they told me that they don t have and that is all. So I paid around 90 euros for a TRAIN ticket !! It is more expensive than others railway companies but the trains have better conditions.

Dnes cesta z Děčína do Prahy odjezd v 05.20 z Decina v Lovosicích přišla průvodčí se slovy máme rozbitou mašinu tak si vystupte a Můžete si počkat na vlak do Chebu žádná omluva nic hrůza 06.35 hodí čekám stále v Lovosich reklamy CD super pohoda káva usměvavi zamestnanci no holt skutecnost je jina. No koment.uz nikdy více s Cd.
Dobré místo pro vlakové čety, nádraží vcelku dobré, jen se tu a tam se objeví bezdomovci či lidi špatné minulosti.
